　　How have you been? I hope you are all well, Just are very busy as usual.

　　We printed big quantity of the conference brochures and distributed to the Suzuki organizations earlier though, upon the very strong request, we reprinted them again and will send them this week specially to the Asian region countries as we could not send them enough earlier.

　　Because of this reason, we extend the closing date of the registrations to Monday November 2004. We are very happy to have many people participating from your country in this exciting event.

　　Please give this information to all your teachers asking them to talk to their parents. If possible, please prepare 1 item from your country/group for the ensemble concert. No audition is needed, just let us know as soon as possible.
